Do I need an appointment to bring my vehicle in for an estimate?
No, appointments aren’t necessary. Bring in your vehicle to a Eurotech location during normal business hours, and one of our estimators will examine your vehicle and provide you with a written estimate of the repair cost. For faster service, feel free to use our online application to schedule an appointment.

Do you offer towing services?
Yes, Eurotech can arrange to have your vehicle picked up and dropped off at one of our repair facilities.

Can Eurotech help me get a rental car?
Some insurance policies cover the cost of a rental car while your vehicle is in for collision repair. Eurotech will help you coordinate the arrangements between your insurance company and the local rental agency. Even if your insurance policy doesn’t cover the cost of a rental, Eurotech can help you get a special rate for a rental vehicle.

Does Eurotech handle insurance claims?
Yes, Eurotech specializes in the repair and restoration of all vehicles back to its pre-accident condition. We have a direct repair program and a working relationship with all major insurance agencies. Our knowledgeable staff will also help you navigate the claims process with your insurance company to help you get back behind the wheel as quickly as possible.

Can I pay for my repairs myself and not go through my insurance company?
Yes, our Eurotech estimators are experienced with all forms of autobody repair, and can provide you with cost-saving options should you decide to pay for your repairs “out of pocket.”

Is it a better option to pay for an accident repair myself or let my insurance company cover it?
Every situation is different. Our Eurotech staff can help go through your options to find the right financial solution for your particular needs. Our goal is to get your vehicle repaired and get you back on the road as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Can you match my cars paint color exactly?
Yes, Eurotech technicians can match the factory color and finish. We start with the factory paint code found on your vehicle. Then we go to the next step and adjust the color to reflect paint changes due to sun and weather and lastly, we blend the paint into the adjacent panels for a seamless result.

Will you clean my vehicle after the repair?
Yes. Eurotech cleans, washes your vehicle as a final step in our repair process. We’ll ensure that your car or truck is beautiful and ready when you arrive to pick it up.

Do you offer a warranty on your repair work?
Yes. Eurotech offers a limited lifetime warranty on the work we’ve done for as long as you own your vehicle.
